Subscriptions & billing
- Manage or cancel: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or SnappyPie Profile → Manage subscription.
- Restore purchases: Profile → Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.
Common issues
- “Billing not ready” — use a TestFlight or App Store build (not Expo Go) after subscriptions are approved.
- Lesson limit reached — Included, Plus, and Pro tiers have monthly server caps; upgrade in Profile.
- Lesson quality — try a clearer photo, crop to the problem area, or switch teaching style.
